This month’s Employee of the Month winner was nominated by Brandi Clymer.
Project a Positive Attitude: Adversity and challenges are part of every engagement. They should always be met with a “can do” spirit. A positive attitude is contagious to the rest of the team.
Brandi wrote: I am nominating Rhonda for Employee of the Month for her commitment to CS3’s Pillar to ‘Project a Positive Attitude’. There are several different pillars that apply, but this one really tells the story of how a positive attitude can affect a project. Her project was to take Advanced Fixtures live on the Scissortail HCM product with an aggressive targeted go-live date.
Rhonda has been working with Scissortail HCM for more than a year to help clients implement the system. She spent the last few months of 2018 working with Advanced Fixtures in order to take them live with Payroll in January. While December and January are CS3’s busiest support months, Rhonda put in the extra work necessary to meet the client’s requested go live date. She worked with the team to complete all of their training, parallel testing, and design work on time, often working at night and on weekends.
