This will provide a detailed design document that defines existing business processes, identifies and quantifies a gap analysis, and proposes prioritized recommendations for your consideration.

All engagements at CS3 include a closely-monitored plan based on your priorities and requirements to ensure your project remains on task, on time, and on budget. Your plan will function as your “reality check”, closely monitoring project risks such as resource availability, scope changes, data quality, integration testing, training and project pace in order to maximize opportunities while mitigating barriers to success.
It is imperative that your team completely embrace any new solution as well as any new or improved business processes. CS3 utilizes multiple education methodologies, subject to the client's needs. Individual instruction, train-the-trainer, instructor-led, and on-demand recorded training are all recommended for your ongoing success.
Your validation or “proof of concept” phase is required in order to validate that the objectives of the project will be met with the proposed solution. A working model will be prepared and utilized for confirming data quality and accuracy, process flows, documentation, integrations and customizations.
