Of course, it is always difficult to select just one person who deserves the President’s Award. Each one of you deserves recognition for your unique contribution to our total effort. However, it is my privilege to recount the achievements of one person this past year.

This person was recognized as employee of the month three separate times this past year, an impressive achievement. The first of these acknowledgements came as this person took their first implementation live on Scissortail under the flag of “Project a Positive Attitude.”

The second recognition was for knowledge transfer, as early in the year she had completed seven HR focused presentations to various organizations in the Tulsa area, including Tulsa Area Human Resources Association (TAHRA), Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), Tulsa Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI), and Tulsa Chapter of the OSCPA (TCOSCPA). At the same time, she also spent many hours involved with organizations such as TAHRA and Executive Women International (EWI). In addition, she began providing recordings of support calls to her customers, so they had a reference to review if their problems reoccurred.

The third recognition again acknowledged her skillful knowledge transfer, as she developed educational videos for newly released changes around HR compliance issues.

In addition, she gets involved in civic and professional organizations, bringing recognition to CS3 and all of us as excellent professionals by her example. Not only has she been on the board of TAHRA, but this year she is serving as President-Elect for TAHRA. She has also been nominated for the Richard J. Messer Excellence in Human Resource Management Award.

Everywhere Rhonda Siex goes, people take notice. For that reason and so much more, I am excited to give this year’s President’s Award to Rhonda Siex in recognition of the hard work on behalf of CS3 customers as well as our community at large!
