I have worked at CS3 for a short time and the best thing that stands out the most, is the 18 Pillars of Service. Everyone lives by them and they create a culture that brings out the best in us.

What things keep you busy outside of work, that makes you better at work?
All Stars Toastmasters Club, being a member of Toastmasters has been a life changing experience. I was painfully shy as a child and young adult and now I can conversate comfortably, have become a better public speaker, and leader. I am now the current Vice-President of Public Relations.
What makes an idea great?
The ability to induce positive change with positive results.
What is your least favorite word?
Whatever – informal exclamation, said as a response indicating a reluctance to discuss something, implying indifference, skepticism, or exasperation.
What movie always make you cry?
“The Book of Eli”
Mountains or Beach?
Mountains –In the fall seeing the trees change color. Breathtaking.
