Rhonda Siex- Employee of Month - Speaking Engagements, Networking, Content Development, Successful Implementation

I want to nominate Rhonda for employee of the month. Rhonda has been REALLY busy with speaking engagements, implementations, and moving personally. Since the first of the year she has completed 7 HR focused presentations to various organizations in the Tulsa area such as: Tulsa Area Human Resources Association (TAHRA),  Medical Group Management Association(MGMA), Tulsa Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI), and Tulsa Chapter of the OSCPA (TCOSCPA).

Through it all she has also spent many hours involved with organizations she is a member of, including TAHRA and Executive Women International (EWI). At CS3 she has also completed a highly successful implementation of Scissortail HCM. During the closing meeting of the project the customer had high praises for all the work and attention to detail Rhonda demonstrated during the project. If you have worked with Rhonda recently, she is doing a great job documenting items for clients using videos clips. The clips allow the customer to refer to the instructions she provided if they run into the same issue again.

Rhonda is defining the future of support for CS3.  Rhonda applies the “Engage in Knowledge Transfer” pillar to its fullest.

Congratulations Rhonda!!!
