Project a Positive Attitude: Adversity and challenges are part of every engagement. They should always be met with a "can do" spirit. A positive attitude is contagious to the rest of the team.

This month’s Employee of the Month nomination comes from one of our CS3 Customers. After having an issue with their system, the customer needed assistance getting payroll out timely. Rhonda does a stellar job of staying positive and is truly infectious. Here is what the customer had to say about Rhonda’s efforts.

I want to thank Rhonda and your team for all your assistance in dealing with this situation. Having a vendor that is willing to go above and beyond provides us with a high comfort level in working with you now and in the future. Special thanks to Rhonda for her quick thinking and problem-solving skills, we could not have done this without her. Please share our gratitude and praise with Rhonda’s management team for me.

Summer Intern – Nehema Ghelani

Under-Promise, Over-Deliver: Always be conservative in your estimates and promises, then deliver more than what is expected.

As an ORU student Nehema has interned here at CS3 for a full year. This summer she plowed through several projects for the marketing department. Here is the VP of Marketing, Sheri Blaho’s assessment of Nehema’s performance.

Nehema has assisted the marketing team this summer with a number of tasks and projects. The two most important projects she accomplished:

  • The rebranding and reconciliation of our Video Libraries
  • The execution of our Annual Survey and the compilation of the results for our client stratification

Every task she was assigned was completed on time with 100% quality. Most importantly, she analyzed the task against the instructions she was given and consistently looked at ways to do it better. She reflects our 14th Pillar perfectly: Look for Improvements. And she is just naturally a 16th Pillar person: Under-Promise, Over-Deliver.

Thank you, Rhonda and Nehema!
