Congrats to Troy Vars! Troy is our January Employee of the Month!
This month’s Employee of the Month winner was nominated by Brandi Clymer. Brandi could not pick just one Service Pillar, so she outlined four.
Under Promise, Over Deliver: During his onboarding, Troy was given a variety of courses to complete over his first 90 days as most of our new employees receive. Troy completed all of the requested certifications on Acumatica within the first seven weeks!
Show Up Ready to Work: Troy jumped into the CS3 internal implementation of Acumatica without hesitation. When he was asked to review the notifications setup within the system he agreed. During the design phase, Troy created a PowerPoint presentation so his peers would understand the process workflow and be better able to voice their needs and to later review the results with greater familiarity.
Engage in Knowledge Transfer: CS3 had attempted to implement the Contracts and Cases module internally for over a year. With Troy’s assistance, several key issues were explained removing the roadblocks to our success. The remaining process was completed in a couple of weeks.
Never Leave the Customer Guessing: As Troy works through the process of implementing a new module, he sends out an update on a daily basis. Each issue is tracked and the progress made is explained.
Troy came to us with many years of experience in implementing systems and designing workflows. Already his expertise has made a tremendous impression on his coworkers and customers alike. Brandi noted she could probably come up with five more reasons Troy should be Employee of the Month, but did not want to brag…
