A couple of years ago UKG acquired Ultimate software, another of the Top 5 solutions. They changed their name to UKG (Ultimate and UKG Group).
The UKG software product was called Workforce Ready. After the merger, the product is now referred to as UKG Ready Suite.
UKG partners with firms like CS3 Technology to sell and support the UKG Ready Suite. They require us and other partners to white-label the product as we go to market. So Scissortail HCM is the same product as UKG Ready Suite. However, Scissortail has been tailored to for CS3 clients to streamline implementations and ongoing features/reports that make your daily workload easier.
