Did you know that you can provide secure and easy access to electronic W-2’s when you use the Aatrix Year-End W-2 Processing? You can.
Once you have submitted your W-2 file to Aatrix and have received confirmation that is has been processed, you can log onto your administrative account at Aatrix Login.
Go to the History Filing Options and select to email or print access letters. This will generate an access letter unique to each employee that will include the site URL along with the username and password that each employee can use to access their online W-2.
