An Open Letter to Our CS3 Clients: You Guys Do That?

Over the last year, I’ve had the opportunity to speak to many of you, some briefly and some at great length. During a conversation recently, the question
was asked “You guys can do that?!” To which I replied, “Of course, we’re your business partner why wouldn’t we?” And that got me thinking
I wonder how many other clients aren’t aware of what we do and the level of partnership we offer?

Often times, companies like ours are described as “resellers,” but at CS3 we don’t subscribe to that thinking. We do more than just re-sell software.
So, to help you understand what being your business partner means to us, I wrote a little something called “You guys do that?!”



A: Yes, and we will stay with you until the issue is resolved and the crisis is over.



A: Yep. Linda Hollingsworth is a certified Project Management Professional and is available to assist with any project you have on the horizon.



A: Just because a process works, doesn’t mean it works well! If you want us to take a look at something that isn’t working for you today, we’d be
happy to do that and provide feedback.



A: Yep. Got that covered too. Whether you don’t know what you don’t know or you have some specific areas you need us to review, we can tailor the
training to your needs.



A: We’ve done this for many clients. We work with you and your benefit providers to create the required files and set up the desired update frequency.



A: Of course! We have created some pretty intricate reports for clients over the years and love a challenge so just let us know what you need and
what you want the end result to look like and we’ll take care of the rest.



A: Give us a call – we’ve got people for that too!
