This annual event is designed for current and incoming 2027 SHRM chapter board members, as well as SHRM members interested in becoming more involved in local chapter leadership. Whether you’re an experienced volunteer leader, stepping into a new role or exploring ways to get involved, the Leadership Summit is an opportunity to connect with fellow leaders from across the state.

Throughout the day, attendees will exchange ideas and best practices, learn about resources available through MOSHRM and SHRM, and gain practical information to help strengthen their chapters and prepare for a successful 2027.
