Mary Lou Garcia is an HCM Consultant at CS3 Technology, where she uses her 30 years of industry experience to expertly implement and configure Scissortail TLM, Accruals, and Scheduler. Mary Lou has a solid background in implementing Time and Attendance and Benefits for a variety of businesses. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Angelo State University and has been consistently recognized for her dedication and stellar service to clients.

When she’s not working, Mary Lou loves crafting and painting for the holidays. She also has two senior cats, Lucky and Coco, who always keep her on her toes with their antics.
