My personal four rules of thought leadership are simple and designed to make sure you don't get overwhelmed by the start of your journey to thought
leadership. All you have to do is pick the social media network that you want to focus on.
If you have a broad audience across age and location demographics, Facebook might be your best option.
If you have an HR-related audience, LinkedIn might be your best option.
If you have a high-tech or writing-related audience, Twitter might be your best option.
Some of this also comes down to where you are most comfortable and can see yourself checking in at least once a week. No matter how you choose, the
goal here is to pick a platform and sign up.
