ENGAGE IN KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER
Knowledge transfer has occurred when your client is self-sufficient in their day-to-day operations. Multiple methods are employed to ensure success, including education, mentoring, hands-on training, and interactions.
Rhonda is a Senior Consultant with our HCM Team. She is always quick to recognize information that is important to share with our client, especially those related to compliance reporting. With the EEO-1 reporting changes in September, Rhonda coordinated a training webinar for all our Sage HRMS and Sage Abra clients. This webinar addressed how to apply the software changes needed, how to run the reports and what the government would be expecting.
For those clients that were not able to attend, she also created two on-demand videos; one for each product.
Rhonda recognized the importance of getting this information out quickly taking care of each client. The webinar and videos allowed CS3 to meet the need of all customer in a manner that was very efficient for CS3, freeing our team to address other customer support questions.
Congratulations to Rhonda for ”Engaging in Knowledge Transfer” with our clients. She also achieved another Service Pillar “Focus on Delivering Value” for CS3 by completing this project in a manner that maximized the utilization of our staff resources.
