Sage has released 4th Quarter 2018 SR2 Updates for both Abra and HRMS. This update should be done

for any Sage customers that are currently on Abra V9.2 or HRMS 2017. The Updates for Abra and HRMS

do not contain all of the the same information so I will provide a brief summary of changes for each.

HRMS

  • State Income Tax Table updates for Alabama, Colorado, Minnesota, and New Jersey.
  • Local Tax updates for some Ohio and Pennsylvania.
  • State Unemployment limits including: OK, NM, MO, IA, NJ, NY, NC and more.
  • There are no Federal legislative updates with this release.

2) Product Updates

  • There are a couple new features or improvements to HR product.

Fix for Updating Employer Match Contributions

For an employee with multiple savings benefit plans, if you change a plan other than the first

plan in the list, the employer match contribution is now updated on the employee's page.

Previously, the employer match contribution would sometimes not be updated until the Update

Benefit process was run.

Compatibility with Other Programs

  • Sage HRMS is now compatible with Microsoft Windows 10.
  • There are no new features or improvements to PR product.

3) ESS

  • There is no Employee Self Service update for the SR2

4) My Workforce Analyzer

There are a couple new features for MWA including updates to Form 1095C for 2019
