The topic of conversation in May focused on ROI! You may be thinking Return on Investment, but this ROI stands for Return on Inclusion. The main focus of the discussion was to focus on the importance of treating all people with respect in the workplace. Some of the information may seem like common sense, but it is important to be reminded that treating all people with the same level of respect, regardless of race, creed, gender, sexual orientation and more, is critical in maintaining a healthy work environment.
