“What I Do For You”

Hi my name is Tyler and I am the marketing intern! As a marketing intern, I work closely with Sheri Blaho (VP Sales and Marketing) and Juston Michealson (Sales Consultant) to make sure that CS3Technology is accurately and effectively communicating and engaging with clients and prospective clients. Some of my day-to-day duties include physically compiling mailing materials, editing multiple forms of company media, calling perspective clients, updating company client information, and helping clients engage with CS3. In addition to these daily duties, I have had the pleasure to be apart of some marketing projects as well—annual client survey, website auditing, and distribution research white paper just to name a few. I have had the wonderful opportunity to bring what I am learning in class into the real-world as well as bring what I am learning in the real world to class.

“The CS3 Service Pillar I Find Most Natural”

When I think about the 18 Pillars the one that jumps out at me personally is projecting a positive attitude. I worked as a Starbucks barista for three years before starting at CS3 so I am very familiar with how powerful a positive attitude can be. I always made sure that I showed up to work with a positive attitude—not just for myself but also for myco-workers. It was not easy all the time, especially when some customers would act unreasonably, but in the end I learned the value of a positive work environment. I want to be the kind of employee that creates and maintains  work environment for myself but more importantly for my co-workers! The team here at CS3 has been so accepting of me and an incredible example of what a positive work environment looks like.

“What’s Coming Up this Year”

This is my last semester of my senior year of Collège! Lots of exciting things to come but for now I am focused on finishing my course-work strong! I am currently enrolled in three capstone courses this semester in addition to Business Law II (one of my personal favorite courses).I am working on my senior paper this semester in addition to interning here and working as a marketing consultant for a firm through my school. Needless to say, this will be a busy semester, but a semester full of growth and new challenges!

“Exciting Things Outside the Office”

o  One really exciting thing is that I recently turned 22! I had an amazing time with my friends and family celebrating, and I received some pretty cool gifts as well! Additionally, my family recently finished moving into our new house and mom is in the “decorating phase.” One of my New Year’s resolutions was to read a book a month and so far it is off to an amazing start. Currently I am reading and enjoying the cult classic “Rich Dad Poor Dad.”
