It’s March 2021.  Now is the time to begin planning for your EEO reporting.  According to https://www.eeoc.gov  the data collections are scheduled to open by March 31, 2021 for both 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 collection data.  You can also find information for other EEO reporting on this site.  If you have 100 employees or more you will be required to files these reports.  As always, your CS3 Technology Team is here to help you if you have questions while compiling your data.

Government Update:

After delaying the opening of several EEOC data collections because of the COVID-19 public health emergency, the EEOC has announced that the data collections are now on schedule to open in 2021. Filers should begin preparing to submit data in anticipation of these openings. The EEOC will open four data collections in 2021 including the 2019 and 2020 EEO1 Component 1 Data Collections, as well as the 2020 EEO-3, 2021 EEO-4 and 2020 EEO-5 Data collections
