​CS3 Technology Expands Sales Team with Two New Hires

Tulsa, OK (February 2018) - CS3 Technology welcomes Ethan Kearns and Ryan Rahal

Ethan Kearns will maintain the relationships with CS3’s clients as the Client Account Manager, and assist them with finding solutions as needs develop in their organizations. Ethan has attended both Tulsa Community College and Tulsa University for music and business. He has owned 5 other companies, with his entrepreneurial journey starting in the 6th grade. His background includes over 13 years of sales management, client relations, and quality assurance.

“Onboarding for CS3 has been an interesting experience. I’m used to working for larger companies, and CS3 has all the processes and trends in place of a larger business,” said Ethan. “They’re also very entrepreneurial with the flexibility of a smaller, growing company, which is what drew me here.”

Ryan Rahal will be the newest outside Sales Consultant for CS3, dealing mostly with HCM solutions. Ryan has a business degree with a minor in journalism from Southern Nazarene University. His background includes almost 10 years of sales experience and some time spent as a sportscaster.
