Look for Improvements: Your relationship is based on trust and your ability to find and create solutions. Help your client identify needs they might not be aware of by looking past the immediate pain and finding the root cause. Propose solutions or further research with the goal of developing alternatives.

This month’s Employee of the Month nomination comes from the management team, and myself in particular.

Congratulations, Dana Zodrow.

Where to begin, although Dana is a newer employee, she fit right in the day she began. One of the draws for her to work at CS3 was the culture she saw exhibited on our website; acknowledging not only our management, the consultants or the sales team, but also the admin staff. She saw that we value every member of the team. And the 18 pillars? Well, she has exhibited many of these; 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, … OK, you get the idea. The BIG two? Looking for Improvements and Projecting a Positive Attitude.

Picking up the challenge she faced was huge, yet Dana tackled it with fervor. She asked questions, made suggestions, all in the pursuit of catching up, yes, but to also make sure the right questions were being answered. There were many frustrating days, even weeks. But, Dana remained positive and kept moving forward. While we are still not 100% caught up, she has the office pushing forward and continues to look for additional improvements in current day-to-day processes. We are again capable of make good decisions with accurate information.

Thank you, Dana, for staying positive while looking for improvements and over delivering. You have my heartfelt gratitude for making this administration a Can-Do office.
