What I do for you

I am the ERP Sales Consultant for CS3 Technology and joined the firm 3 years ago. In my role has me meeting with executives and business leaders that need accounting and operational software for their firms. I provide mid-market ERP solution expertise and work with the  CS3 Consulting Team and our clients to provide the best solutions.

I lead the ERP energies with our Acumatica and Sage 100 practice and stay on the cutting edge of the industry through ongoing education about solutions and their business impact.

I work from my home office out of Northwest Arkansas (Razorback Country!) but meetings find me across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and anywhere else I’m needed! If anyone knows any CFO’s struggling with accounting software in Hawaii, please let me know.

The CS3 Service Pillar I Find Most Natural

The CS3 Service Pillars define our organization’s culture (check out these videos I did) and the pillar I most identify with is Communicate. Today’s world has more content than ever and it can be difficult to find the right answers to even simple questions. I believe in simple and effective answers that start with listening and understanding the needs of the person asking the question.

What’s Been Happening at the Office

I was able to attend the Acumatica Summit in Vegas at the beginning of February before Covid-19 cancelled everyone’s conferences for the foreseeable future. This was a great place to see the Cloud ERP in action with top customer stories and updates coming.

I lead the team in a major project that  updated our CS3 SERV Plans.  We are now rolling these out to our clients alias their renewal dates arrive. We posted an article about this last month and are excited to share the improvements we’ve made with each of you.

What’s Coming Up this Year

Because we are a firm that has long embraced a remote workforce, it is business as usual for us.  More than 70% of our staff works remotely.  While we may not be in attendance at the live event, our monthly SmartTalks User Group meetings will continue on schedule.

As we all follow the news about CoronaVirus/Covid-19 it’s difficult to provide a standard schedule of what conferences and events we will attend. We always attend Oklahoma and Arkansas SHRM events, Tulsa IMA, and OSCPA Conferences as a sponsor but this year all of our events for the next month or two have been postponed or rescheduled. Stay tuned for more updates from our team as we get firm dates on these events.

Exciting Things Outside the Office

I have been an avid amateur cyclist for years, ever since my college car was so bad I had to rely on a bicycle to get to classes and work.  I’m excited to take part in the Oklahoma Tour de Cure in June (currently still slated for 6/6/2020).

My wife and I moved to Arkansas 1 year ago and as the weather improves, we are excited to get outside and explore more of the parks with our daughter, Klara. She is 18 months old as of March this year and her curiosity is only rivaled by her energetic courage. Which are great traits to have but consistently have her parents chasing after her adventures!

That is, until we get her secured in her harness!

As we move into spring, we are excited to try our hand at vegetable gardening in Arkansas. We had a decent little garden in our previous home in Broken Arrow, OK but so far in Arkansas we’ve only grown some herbs in a planter.
