Crouch, Slavin & Company Acquires Tulsa-Based
Total Resolutions Crouch, Slavin & Company adds strength to accounting application
practice with complementary acquisition of Accounting Software Division of Total Resolutions.

Tulsa, OK – October 5, 2005 – Crouch, Slavin & Company, a leading professional services firm offering HRMS and accounting applications to businesses in the Southwest, today announced its acquisition of Total Resolutions’ Accounting Software Division, a group focused on accounting applications for small to medium-size businesses. Total Resolutions also ran a Peachtree Authorized Resource Center, which was acquired as well.

“We are excited to bring on both the talented consultants of Total Resolutions and their impressive client base,” said Gary Crouch, president of CS&Co. “Total Resolutions is well known for their work with Sage MAS 90 and Peachtree by Sage products.” The addition of clients brings CS&Co’s total client base to over 600 businesses. Total Resolutions has been working with Sage MAS 90 ERP and Peachtree by Sage for 15 years, thus expanding the resources that CS&Co already has in place.

Total Resolutions clients will benefit from many of CS&Co’s client-facing programs including: Solutions, CS&Co’s annual client conference; dedicated phone support consultants who staff the help desk every day; and its account manager program, serving the non-technical needs of clients. In addition, CS&Co’s expertise in human resource management systems, time and attendance and payroll will benefit businesses in terms of greater productivity and efficiency.

Ron Smith, Total Resolution’s Vice President of business software and support, will become Manager of CS&Co’s accounting applications group. In addition, Brandi Clymer, CS&Co’s senior consultant has been promoted to Manager of the HR, PR and Time and Attendance group. Both will report to Shawn Slavin, Vice President of Services.

To accommodate the growth, CS&Co will double their office space and include a new Training Center to be utilized for client training.
