18 Essential Behaviors Video Program

Purpose of program: 

• Emphasize the common belief between CS3 and our clients in what constitutes outstanding service. 
• Give recognition to our client's employees for outstanding work ethics and habits utilizing the 18 Essential Behaviors.

Description

• Within CS3 Technology, we subscribe to very specific behaviors that we believe make us the great business partner that we are.  The 18 Essential Behaviors are characteristics that would exemplify a model employee.  Things like ‘Be authentic’, ‘Communicate’, ‘Show up ready to work’, ‘Protect your integrity’, and ‘Spend money as if it were your own’ are at the heart of each of us at CS3. We see that in our clients cultures as well. 

Nomination process

• Any CS3 client or employee may nominate employee(s) of client organization that exhibit the highlighted behavior of the month
• Nominations will be collected via web form on our website (nomination form)
• Multiple individuals in an organization can be nominated
• Monthly nominations will be accepted until the last business day of the month.
• Winners will be announced via our website, an email will be sent to the winner and their nominator, an article in our newsletter, a post in ourblog
• A press release will be issued recognizing the winning employee and company
• Nominations must include a synopsis of why they are being nominated for a particular behavior

Selection process

• CS3 executive team will evaluate all nominations and vote on the client nomination that most reflects the behavior of the month

Recipient Award

• 16 x 20 personalized matted framed print of the behavior for the lobby of the winners company
• 8 x 10 framed print of the behavior for the winner
