CS3 Team 
Gary C. Crouch, CPA.CITP, MCP - Gary is a founding partner and President of CS3 Technology, P.C. (CS3). His duties include management of sales and marketing as well as the operations of the firm.
Gary’s professional certifications include his designations as a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Information Technology Professional and a Microsoft Certified Professional. His software certifications include Sage Abra HRMS human resource and payroll systems, Sage Software MAS 90, Sage MAS 200 and MAS 500 accounting systems and the ADAPT customer relationship management system.
Gary's professional memberships include the American Institute of CPAs, Oklahoma Society of CPAs Technology Committee, Information Technology Alliance, Society of Human Resource Managers, Best Software’s Leadership Academy and is the Treasurer for the Tulsa Area Human Resource Association. Gary was invited by Sage Software to serve on their Business Partner Advisory Council for Abra HRMS, and has participated on the Council since 2002.
Gary received both a B.A. (Theology, 1978) and a B.S. (Accounting, 1982) from Oral Roberts University. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Evangelistic Temple and is a church coordinator for Crown Financial Ministries. Additionally, Gary was elected as Vice President of Strategic Planning for the Golden Eagle Club Board of Directors which sponsors the Athletics Department at Oral Roberts University. Gary has served as the Sponsorship Chairman for the Oklahoma Human Resource Association’s State Conferences for 2000, 2002 and 2005.
Gary has tax and accounting experience beginning in 1978 and has owned and managed his own firm since 1982. Gary also has extensive experience in payroll and benefits issues having previously operated a code section 125 benefits administration company.
He has been married to Cindy since 1982 and they have one teenage daughter named Christina. The family lives in west Tulsa where they enjoy never-ending landscaping chores and their cocker spaniels. Their spare time revolves around Church activities and Christina’s cheerleading, track and horse riding lessons.
Shawn P. Slavin, CPA, MCP - Shawn is a founding partner and the Vice President of CS3 Technology, P.C, (CS3). His duties include management of consulting services and directing the technology vision for the firm.
Shawn has been a Certified Public Accountant for over 17 years and is a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP). He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional on Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 workstation and server, Active Directory and Network Support. His software certifications include Sage PFW ERP (formerly Platinum® for Windows by Best), Sage MAS 500 ERP technical implementation, Unitime Time and Attendance Systems, and the ADAPT customer relationship management system.
Shawn’s professional memberships include the American Institute of CPA’s, the Oklahoma Society of CPAs, Information Technology Alliance, Sage Software Leadership Academy and is the Secretary / Treasurer for the Southbridge Owners Association. Shawn has been active in the Boy Scouts of America for over 10 years serving as a Den Leader and Cub Master for two Cub Scout Packs and Assistant Scout Master for Troop 26 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Shawn received his B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma in May, 1984. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Tulsa Area Arthritis Foundation, served as a Deacon at Christview Christian Church and served as a member-at-large on the Northeastern State University Alumni Association. He is also active in the Owasso Band Patrons Association in supporting the Pride of Owasso Marching Band.
Shawn has worked in many facets of the accounting industry during his career. He has worked as a Senior Accountant for the regional accounting firm of Baird, Kurtz and Dobson where he specialized in auditing and special projects in the not-for profit and healthcare industries. From there, Shawn worked in the small business technology consulting division of a national public accounting firm. Shawn’s career then moved into the private sector where he held the titles of Controller and Manager of Customer Service for a start-up telecommunications company. Shawn began full-time technology consulting with the formation of Ronin Growth Services, LLC in 1993.
Shawn married his college sweetheart Rhonda in 1984 and they have two sons, Phillip and Timothy. The family lives in Owasso, Oklahoma. Shawn’s pastimes include golf, travel and Scouting. Shawn and his son’s have enjoyed a number of Scouting adventures including canoeing the boundary waters of Canada, sailing the Caribbean seas in a 47’ Morgan sail boat, touring our nation’s capital and a trip to the 2001 National Jamboree in Ft. A.P. Hill, Virginia.
